Stir-fried Capsicum And Chili Beef

Ingredienten: 200 gms(7oz)fillet or tender cut of beef,shredded,1 cup of cooking oil,1 tablespoon chopped garlic,2 tablespoons fermented black beans(hak tau see),rinsed and chopped,1 red chili,seeded and chopped,1 small red capsicum,cut into 2 cm squares,1 small green capsicum,cut into 2 cm squares,2 teaspoons cornflour mixed with 3/4 cup water.
Voorbereiding: Sauce ingredients(combined):1 tablespoon light soya sauce,1 teaspoon thick soya sauce,1/2 tablespoon chinese rice wine.
Bereidingswijze: Marinate beef in seasoning ingredients for 15 minutes,Just before cooking mix in 1 tablespoon of oil.Heat 1 cup of oil in a medium sauce pan.Add beef and stir-fry for 5-6 seconds,stirring constantly to prevent sticking.Reheat clean frying pan with 1 and a half tablespoon of the oil.Add garlic and fermented black beans and stir-fry until aromatic.Put the chilli,and red and green capsicum and stir-fry for 10 seconds.Add combined sauce ingredients and bring to the boil.Return beef to pan and toss to mix well.Thick with cornflour mixture and transfer to serving dish.
